My work is inspired by avant-garde art movements, in which I integrate
the dream-like imagery of the Surrealists and the satirical stance of the Dadaists.

My current work critiques stereotypes and expectations of women formed
by antiquated concepts of family dynamics. It explores the ambivalence
of family life from a woman’s perspective, in terms of her responsibilities,
anxieties and pressures in comparison to that of a man’s.
