*** Fervor: Fabric Collages of Mansaram ***

Monsieur Panchal Mansaram (b. 1934) a well-known visual artist from Burlington, Canada is famous for his mixed media paintings and collages focusing on the history of Indian art and popular culture and the media culture of Canada combined with the political, social and new media theories and writings of Monsieur Marshall McLuhan.

1968-1983 was a period of fabric infatuation for Mansaram, as he worked with this material for over 15 years during which he created a large body of work from his studios in Burlington and Hamilton in Canada, and Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Mount Abu in India.

An Exhibition featuring a fabric collages compositions created by Panchal Mansaram.
