Since the discovery of deep time, geologists and other Earth scientists have divided
time into Eons, Eras, Periods, Epochs and Ages. These fragments, or geochronological
units, allow us to conceive of the earth's 4.6 billion-year-old history.

An Exhibition featuring a diverse media compositions created by Carl Beam, Eric
Cameron, Kelly Jazvac, Faith La Rocque, Micah Lexier, Ken Nicol et Tamiko Thiel.

Three centuries ago, a series of events culminating on the snowy night
of the 14th day of the 12th month, 1702 (January 30, 1703, in today’s calendar)
would shake and alter Japan and the world’s perception of that country.

An Exhibition featuring a original 18th – 19th century woodblock print
illustrations of theatrical performances of the story of Chushingura
et artistic depictions of the actual ronin masterless samurai.

acquisitions, acknowledge the role of the Varley-McKay Art Foundation in the
development of the collection, and many donors who have contributed to its growth

the earth and the form, function, and role they play in our everyday lives.
